ASSEMBLY

Our assembly services include the in-house design of assembly tools and stations. We use cobots and industrial robots to continuously improve our assembly services, along with poka-yoke anti-error systems to prevent defects due to human error. We also build our own jigs and assembly equipment, and can do sequenced assembly with your production line.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our industry-leading in-house Quality Inspection Lab supports the careful quality controls built into the workflow of every part and assembly we produce. We also engineer custom tools and machines and integrate automated inspection technology to ensure integrity at each stage of production to deliver superior quality to clients.

Our skilled staff in Canada and Mexico use CMMs, hardness testers, polishers, microscopes and gear measurement systems to keep a constant eye on quality. Usinatech is an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 certified company, with numerous quality precision machining awards.
